geez.

disclaimer: i’ve always been critical off and on of them for errors in reporting. but this is by far the most irresponsible one i’ve seen.

here’s the story i have issues with

there are 2 significant issues with it:

1) the guy’s name is gerry OLSON, not OWEN. c’mon, check your facts. that’s just being lazy.

2) the jerry lewis telethon IS NOT FOR MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS. his charity is MUSCULAR DYSTROPHY. also just being lazy and not checking facts.

i’d email them, but a coworker’s relative works at the station and i know it’ll do no good. so if by chance publically calling them out helps, i’m all for it.
