it’s official - there’s something WORSE than purse shopping…

and it would be camera bag shopping!

i got a new toy on vacation… see, we found out that office depots were clearancing out their nikon d50’s (i’ve gone to the dark side of dSLR’s - finally!) and on the drive between brookfield (WI) to chicago, my dad and i were using his GPS to find every office depot we’d be near, using the fact that his GPS also gives phone numbers, and calling to check their stock. we finally found one (turned out to be the last one in the store, and the only one we were able to find) in schaumburg, IL. i saved $200 on it, so it was worth the extra drive off I94.

but now the torture begins… what other lenses to consider? filters? what camera bag? (see, it’s gotta be big enough to “grow into” when i get an additional lens or two, but i don’t want anything TOO big…)

it’s a pain. lol
