a summary: what’s happened semi-recently.

-the march 31 kenny chesney concert was awesome.

-phase 2 of the big ol’ spreadsheet project is FINALLY done @ work (i think).

-i’ve changed my mind half a million times on what new digital camera i want (and i still don’t have one ordered).

-my mom and i bought tickets for the MIS truck race in june.

-we also successfully weaseled the salesguy at toyota out of his 05 CTS tundra drivers poster and best buy out of a display copy of sports illustrated (which happened to be the one after UNC won. speaking of UNC, i’m so depressed now.)

-the same salesguy @ toyota now sucks because he promised my parents he could get them a specific car and all of a sudden, it’s “so hard to find!” (did i mention that the next lease payment on the highlander is due in a week and my parents don’t want to pay it if they don’t absolutely, world-is-ending HAVE to?!)

-my dad’s aunt and cousin (both of whom i hadn’t seen since 5th grade) were here from california last weekend so my grandpa arranged a friggin huge dinner for us all at his friend’s restaurant (first wok on 28th st. in cascade, if you’re from around here). i think the server brought out 8 family-style plates of main dishes… including a few lobster (which, if you know me, you know i wouldn’t touch!) and from what i heard, quite a bit of it was considered “no charge”.

-as they were leaving, his cousin said we’re welcome to go to cali. to visit them (see, i’ve only been trying to bribe my parents to go for what… 5 years? lol) and my dad actually said ok! (i doubt it’ll be this year yet, but still. it’s better than no’s. hey kendra, you anywhere near irvine? j/k)

hmm… nothing else that i can think of offhand, and nothing real exciting coming up except for a GR rampage (arena football) game tomorrow night. the rampage SUCK this year, but how often do you get to watch one from a suite? (besides, i’ve only been to one rampage game ever and that was the arenabowl in like… 2001?)
