ok, maybe not now… but soon, i swear

well, i haven’t written in awhile (the last 2 fridays haven’t had friday fives to do, and i wasn’t motivated enough to go through their archives and find other ones to do… lol), so i should add SOMETHING.

the computer is cooperating much better now. i didn’t end up reformatting, and somehow got the viruses off (if i set windows explorer to “show all files” before, i could find the infected files listed - but now they’re not there… i’m taking it as a good sign). however, one nice thing that i found that i’d forgotten about… last time i had to reformat, for all the programs i’d downloaded (freeware or shareware or whatever), i saved ALL the installer programs in a folder on my HD - so if i do end up having to reformat in the future, that’ll save me a TON of work.

i should add something about the post before though… grisoft’s AVG antivirus got so freaking obnoxious that i uninstalled it about 3 days after i had put it on… i wasn’t impressed at all. how can it fix a file and then when you run a new scan literally one minute after the previous had completed, the file’s still coming up as infected? didn’t make much sense to me. so i ‘killed’ it.

anyway… not a ton has been going on really - at least, nothing that i’m willing to post on here. i’m STILL trying to get that graphic for my new layout done… i just have no motivation or patience to work on it. :-/ not to mention, i haven’t been feeling 100% good lately. don’t get me wrong, i’m not feeling like crap all the time or anything - i’m just sick of being so tired or getting these lovely headaches (again)… *shrug*

random fact: exactly one year ago was my last day at old navy. it seems like i’ve been out of there for a LOT longer…

random fact #2: the memorial day plans i thought i had figured out are currently being revised… it’s a long story.

ok… well, that’s all i have time for right now. hopefully my next “real entry” won’t take this long… lol
