friday five

yet another friday five… note: “edits” were added at 11:55pm friday night

1. Where do you currently work? old navy

2. How many other jobs have you had and where? let’s see… i did (math) tutoring for a few summers for my neighbor kalee, and of course there’s the standard babysitting in junior high or whatever (before i decided that i cannot tolerate 99% of little kids!). other than that, i worked at target one christmas, i worked at eddie bauer for 7 months before ON (torture, i’m tellin ya), i worked remote for trackers for 10 months, i do a bit of freelance web design if that counts, and then of course old navy, for 2 years and 9 months almost… so that makes… 7? geez.

3. What do you like best about your job? having enough seniority to get away with some stuff? actually, i get along with most of my coworkers really well, and having a decent discount doesn’t hurt either. plus i get first crack at alllll the good promos. not that i need more clothes and stuff though anymore…

4. What do you like least about your job? the bad outweighs the good sometimes… mostly it’s dealing with bad customers and working every freaking weekend, year round basically. those are the two things i’ll be totally grateful to be over with when i get a “real job”

edit: ok, that doesn’t sound right. i mean i don’t like working weekends in a job that i tolerate and nothing more. now if it was a job i DID like more than ON… well heck, i’ll work whatever i need to a lot more willingly than i do now!

5. What is your dream job? to be a designer or coder for nascar.com
